Kovalam - Poovar - Kanyakumari - Madurai

Day 1 – On arrival Transfer to Kovalam – Check inn to the resort.
Kovalam has three beaches separated by rocky outcroppings in its 17 km coastline; the three together form the famous crescent of the Kovalam beach. Kovalam is one of the best beaches in India.On account of its natural location, it affords facilities for safe sea bath.A rocky promontory jutting in to the sea renders the beach safe for sea bathing even in the roughest weather.

Day 2 – Birding program at Thenmala
Pick up from the property (Kovalam / Poovar / Trivandrum city) at around 7.30 AM
Drive through the Trivandrum countryside and reach Kulathupuzha Forest Division -2 hours drive
This area is one of the most favourite birding destinations around Trivandrum
Nature walks at around 10 am after having a refreshing cup of tea at the Kulathupuzha Base Camp.
A short walk will take one through the amazing world of feathered friends
Get back to Base Camp for lunch
Post lunch, one can chill out or have a power nap and wake up listening to birds
Post tea, proceed with the second, evening session of birding
Proceed back to Base Camp at around 5 pm
Reach back to the property at around 7.30 pm.

Day 3 Transfer to Poovar
Poovar is a small coastal village in the Trivandrum district of Kerala state, South India. This village is almost at the southern tip of Trivandrum and there is only one last village Pozhiyoor which mark the end of kerala. This village has a beautiful beach which attracts tourists. There are also some good tourist resorts.

Day 4 Transfer to Kanyakumari – Enroute visit padmanabhapuram palace

Kanyakumari is a town in the state of Tamil Nadu in India. It was also referred to as Cape Comorin earlier. Located at the southernmost tip of India, it is the geographical end of the mainland. The Kanniyakumari amman temple is situated in the town of it`s , on the sea-shore, the very confluence of the three water-bodies – the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean.
Close to the town of Thuckalay in Kanyakumari District, Tamilnadu, in India. It is about 20 km from Nagercoil, and about 50 kilometers from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.The palace was constructed around 1601 CE by Iravi Varma Kulasekhara

Perumal who ruled Travancore between 1592 CE and 1609 CE.It is believed that the Thai Kottaram was built in CE 1550. The maker of modern Travancore Anizham Thirunal Marthandavarma (CE 1706 -1758) who ruled Travancore from CE1729 to 1758 rebuilt the palace in 1n around 1750.

Day 5 Transfer to Madurai
The cultural capital of Tamil Nadu, also known as "Athens the East &qus/ot;because of the architectural richness of its many temples. The whole life of this town very crawling converges to the temple of Menakshi-Sundareshwara, rebuilt in the seventeenth century by King Tirumalai Nayak- The devotees come from afar to the shrines of Shiva and his shakti Sundareshwara Menakshi, "one that EYE SI-like fish," which celebrates the sacred marriage here. The Senior gopurams covered with a profusion of sculptures emerge above the old city. Visit the Palace of Tirumalai Nayak founded in 1636 and the Temple of Minakshi Sundareshvara.

Day 6 Transfer Madurai Airport
